Two solar farms in England and Wales acquired by EDF: EDF Renewables has added two solar farms in England and Wales to their grid-scale solar portfolio.
EDF Renewables have announced that a 49.9MW in North Anglesey from developer Countryside Renewables and 49.9MW solar project in South East Cambridgeshire.
The latter has also secured consent for a battery storage unit.
It is predicted that combined they will generate enough energy for 19,000 homes and is expected to go live by the end of next year.
