ScottishPower has demolishes the two towers at its closed-down Longannet coal power station in Fife.
Contractor Brown & Mason blew up the structures, along with a further building at the site.
The site was originally shut down as part of a shift to more renewable power – around 220,000 hours have been spent removing waste from the decommissioned facility.
